Airbus’ two-tonne H125M helicopter meets military requirements for a cost-effective armed rotorcraft platform with a very small footprint and excellent maneuverability.

Best in class

As the most capable armed scout helicopter in its category, the single-engine H125M combines performance, discretion and fire-power.

A versatile airmobile platform

The H125M is perfectly tailored for training, tactical transport, ISTAR (intelligence, surveillance, target acquisition, and reconnaissance) and armed reconnaissance or light attack tasks. It relies on power, simplicity, firing stability and stealthiness to carry out a wide range of demanding missions.

The H125M can adopt different configurations and can be equipped with different weapon systems. Airbus’
HForce weapons system  is a comprehensive, modular and cost-efficient weapon system that can be used on any military version of Airbus’ civil helicopter range (H125M, H145M and H225M).

Capable of flying discreetly in the battlefield environment with its small silhouette, the H125M has a reduced radar signature through the use of composite materials and infrared-reflective paint.

The helicopter benefits from the excellent handling and easy-to-fly characteristics of Airbus’ single-engine Ecureuil family. Fully operational in high and hot environments, it holds the world altitude record by landing on Mount Everest at 8,848 meters.

Built for performance

Fitted with Safran’s powerful Arriel 2D turboshaft engine and a dual-channel full authority digital engine control (FADEC) system, the H125M is well-suited to combat missions.

Designed to significantly reduce the crew’s workload, the cockpit offers pilots enhanced flight safety with Airbus' Vehicle and Engine Multifunction Display (VEMD).
